Adding or retiring activities

  • Add: must serve at least one objective and reach at least one defined audience. Otherwise it’s a tactic in search of a strategy.
  • Retire: if performance has been flat against indicators for two consecutive quarterly reviews, propose retirement at the next strategic review.

Playbooks

Each Implemented and In-progress activity should have a one-page playbook: trigger / cadence, content template, channel mix, owner, evaluation cadence. Playbooks are linked from each activity row above as they are written up.
